By accessing and using the JMA Build LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
JMA Build LLC provides construction services including but not limited to:
- Residential construction and renovations
- Commercial building projects
- Project management and consulting
- Custom carpentry and finish work
- Exterior construction services
All services are provided in accordance with New York State building codes and regulations.
Project Agreements
Specific terms for construction projects will be outlined in individual project contracts. These contracts will include:
- Scope of work and specifications
- Project timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and schedule
- Materials and labor costs
- Warranty information
- Change order procedures
Estimates and Quotes
Project estimates and quotes provided by JMA Build LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final project costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions, changes in scope, or material price fluctuations. Any significant changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in your project contract:
- A deposit may be required to secure project scheduling
- Progress payments are typically due at specified project milestones
- Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
- Late payments may incur additional fees
SMS Terms & Conditions
Text Messaging Program: JMA Build LLC offers an optional text message notification service for project updates and construction-related communications.
How It Works: When you opt in to receive text messages from JMA Build LLC, you may receive messages via an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) containing project updates, appointment reminders, and construction notifications.
Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of purchase or required to engage our construction services. You may request quotes and use our services without opting in to text messaging.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your project status and construction schedule. You may receive multiple messages per week during active construction periods.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Standard text messaging rates will apply based on your individual plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from JMA Build LLC. You will receive a confirmation message upon successfully opting out.
Help & Support: For help with text messages, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at abraham@jma-build.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. JMA Build LLC is not responsible for messages not received due to carrier issues or device problems.
Cancellation and Changes
Project cancellations or significant changes to the scope of work must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed and materials purchased. Change orders will be documented and priced separately.
Warranties
JMA Build LLC provides workmanship warranties on completed projects. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and will be passed through to the client.
Permits and Approvals
JMA Build LLC will obtain necessary building permits for projects as required by local authorities. Clients are responsible for any homeowner association approvals or special zoning requirements.
Liability and Insurance
JMA Build LLC maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the JMA Build LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JMA Build LLC and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMA Build LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
Changes to Terms
JMA Build LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
